The Opportunity

And YOU will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting our cutting-edge technology! You'll collaborate with our development teams, technical support staff, and customers to ensure the seamless configuration, delivery, and maintenance of our platform, as well as customer training and product improvement.

You will

Ensure seamless installation, configuration, and maintenance through dedicated support and technical expertise, as well as the commitment to excellent customer and development of effective training materials and collaboration with development teams to continuously improve product features.

  • Understand customer goals, user needs, and workflows to tailor application solutions.
    Support application development by providing voice of the customer feedback improvements and modifications from end users and admin support.
  • Configure applications, run simulations and ensure quality through testing and quality assurance.
  • Estimate team-level configuration timelines and technical efforts for planning purposes.
  • Identify and resolve technical and functional issues, providing support and training.
  • Provide training, handle time-sensitive issues, and manage project deliverables.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with development teams to enhance product features.

The Candidate

Must-have qualifications

  • College Degree or Diploma in IT, systems administration, computer science, information technology or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with maintaining DI enterprise medical application solution systems.
  • Prior customer-facing experience as a medical applications admin (PACS, HIS, RIS etc).
  • Demonstrated good listening, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable following complex project tasks/deliverables. Able to utilize technical leadership/people skills and train others.
  • Sound time management skills, an eye on quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Able to learn technical concepts quickly and select the most effective application configuration to solve customer needs.
  • Must be able to easily collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • Ability to create training or support materials such as user guides & manuals, FAQs or troubleshooting guides.
  • Accuracy: The understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
