Job description

Develops digital channel marketing plans that contribute to key business priorities and desired outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management: Lead digital channel marketing campaigns, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor digital channel marketing plans, managing our digital marketing agency. Contribute expertise to major digital channel marketing deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  3. Strategic Alignment: Ensure digital marketing plans align with overall company strategy. Help define campaign success and draft reviews of campaign effectiveness.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze data sources to inform planning. Develop reports with the Data Analytics team, providing actionable insights.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on digital marketing activities, including sales, leadership, and team members.
  6. Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with sales, business leads, Martech providers, and decision-makers. Foster stakeholder communication.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to digital marketing activities.
  8. Special Projects: Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least eight years in related roles, especially in financial institutions.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficient in digital campaign management and strategy.
  • Media Campaigns: Knowledge of campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and programmatic buying.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; French is an asset for the bilingual Canadian market.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on UX/UI design, wireframes, prototypes, user research, and usability testing.
  • Ability to design intuitive user experiences and align them with business goals.
  • Proficiency in Figma and understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (AODA), and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
