Develops Digital channel marketing plans that contribute to key business priorities and desired outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:Lead digital channel marketing campaigns, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
- Strategy Development:Develop, implement, and monitor digital channel marketing plans, managing our digital marketing agency. Contribute expertise to major digital channel marketing deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Strategic Alignment:Ensure digital marketing plans align with overall company strategy. Assist in defining campaign success and effectiveness, and draft reviews of campaign performance.
- Data Analysis:Identify and analyze data sources to inform planning. Develop and execute reports with Data Analytics team, providing actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication:Regularly communicate the status and issues of digital marketing activities to stakeholders, including sales, leadership, and team members.
- Relationship Building:Build and maintain relationships with sales professionals, business leads, Martech providers, and decision-makers. Foster stakeholder communication.
- Risk Management:Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to digital marketing activities.
- Special Projects:Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience:At least eight years in digital marketing, with a focus on financial institutions.
- Digital Expertise:Proficient in digital campaign management and strategy.
- Media Campaigns:Knowledge of campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and programmatic buying.
- Education:Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills:Fluent in English; French is an asset due to the bilingual Canadian market.
Additional Skills:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, with a strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (AODA), and responsive design.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
