RBC in St. John’s, Canada, is seeking a dynamic Financial Services Associate to help clients with everyday banking, investments, and credit needs. You’ll act as an RBC ambassador, guiding clients through digital banking, onboarding, and referrals to specialists to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
• Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
• Availability to work all open business hours

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs and sales opportunities
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking features to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales
• Respond to client-initiated contact with a full range of financial transactions
• Listen to clients to understand their individual needs and propose solutions
• Resolve client issues and prevent problems while maintaining relationships with partners
