Long View is seeking a Digital Architect for Calgary to lead architectural and commercial efforts across our Private Equity portfolio, shaping strategy and delivering value.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to design scalable cloud, cybersecurity, and AI solutions, guiding projects from discovery to delivery while aligning with business outcomes. This role requires strong communication and a willingness to travel up to 20%.

Competenze

• 7+ years in solution or enterprise architecture or technology leadership roles (e.g., consulting, architecture, or technology leadership).
• Strong expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution development initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Deep proficiency in designing and positioning project-based and managed services solutions.
• Experience architecting Enterprise AI solutions and modern technology platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen including estimation, pricing, proposal development, and business case creation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within consulting, professional services, managed services, or systems integration environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Promote architectural standards, solution reuse, and lessons learned to drive consistency and improve outcomes across portfolio companies.
• Represent Long View as a technology leader through client engagements, strategic discussions, and industry events as required.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Digital Architectfor our Calgary branch to serve as the primary architectural, solutioning, and commercial lead across Long View's Private Equity portfolio. You will leverage your business and technical consulting expertise to design innovative solutions, lead strategic client engagements, and help portfolio companies achieve their growth and transformation objectives.

A Day in the Life:

• Act as the architectural lead across opportunities, coordinating technical specialists and delivery teams to develop the right client solution
• Own solution architecture, scope definition, effort estimation, pricing validation, and overall solution integrity from discovery through transition to delivery

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles
• Strong expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions
• Solid experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution development initiatives for enterprise clients
• Deep proficiency in designing and positioning both project-based and managed services solutions
• Experience architecting Enterprise AI solutions and modern technology platforms
• Strong commercial acumen including estimation, pricing, proposal development, and business case creation
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders
• Experience working within consulting, professional services, managed services, or systems integration environments
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and operational considerations
• Self-motivated with a continuous desire to learn, innovate, and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Comfortable leading complex, multi-disciplinary opportunities involving diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

$122,360 - $160,598 a year

Expected base salary range. Plus additional variable incentives.
