Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA in Brampton is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals to residents in a healthcare setting. You will support basic food preparation, set and clear dining spaces, and ensure meals follow therapeutic diets and portion standards.

You will maintain sanitation, observe HACCP, follow WHMIS guidelines, and work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, time-management, and physical ability are essential.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Have previous experience as a dietary aide or in hospitality and customer service
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Skilled in preparing meals according to instructions
• Have good time-management skills and ability to multitask
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
