Job summary

Compass Group Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals in assisted living or medical facilities, following therapeutic diets and portion standards. You will maintain dining spaces and support with catering as needed.

This role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate, experience in hospitality or food service, strong sanitation knowledge, and the ability to multitask and work well both independently and as part of a team. Interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Setting, clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing dining spaces
• Maintain and perform cleaning duties or, as per the posted cleaning schedule for that day
• Monitor and restock service areas.
• Observe HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food handling / preparation methods
• Follow WHIMIS and MSDS guidelines using chemicals, cleaning, and sanitizing agents
• Support with special function catering as delegated

About you:
