Job summary

Momentum Developmental Support is hiring a Developmental Support Worker for casual shifts in Whitbourne. You will help clients maintain safe and healthy lifestyles and support independence through planned activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (post-secondary in a related field is a plus), a valid driver's license, immunization records, and a vulnerable sector check. First Aid/CPR Level C and a current medical report are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset.
• Experience in a support role with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders is an asset.
• Driver's license is required; medical report with immunization and TB test; record of conduct and a vulnerable sector check; Emergency First Aid AED/CPR Level C.

What you'll bring?

A Highschool Diploma (post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset). Experience working in a support role with adults, preferably adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders is considered an asset A driver's license is required as well as a Medical report, including immunization record and Tuberculosis skin test report, Record of conduct and a vulnerable sector check, Emergency First Aid AED/CPR Level C
