Job summary

401 Auto is seeking an Automotive Detailer in Kitchener to professionally clean and polish vehicles, both inside and out, ensuring showroom-quality finishes.

You will use hand washing, polishing, vacuuming, and detailing techniques, maintain a clean workspace, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with compensation $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience.
• Valid G Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission.
• Effective organization and multi-tasking with precise attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment.
• Polish, dry and clean windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior.
• Detail interiors and exteriors including wheels, tires, and engine compartments.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and restock supplies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist with daily production schedule.

We're looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for making every vehicle look its absolute best - inside and out. Location: 353 Manitou Dr, Kitchener ON

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (i.e., carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (i.e., wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments

• Determine need for and addas necessarywindshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderlyworkarea throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day
• Powerwashthe floor, (to reduce the appearance of dirt) as requiredMay be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Work in accordance with daily production schedule
• Support all team members when required

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous detailing experience
