Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring an Automotive Detailer in Cambridge, Ontario. Join a fast-paced team focused on showroom-ready results, with daytime hours Monday–Friday and a starting wage of CAD 18.00 per hour.

You will clean exteriors and interiors, polish surfaces, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Applicants should have detailing experience, a valid G driver’s license, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions, with strong organization and multitasking skills.

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for making every vehicle look its absolute best—inside and out. Location: 396 Hespeler Rd, Cambridge ON

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (i.e., carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (i.e., wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments

• Determine need for and addas necessarywindshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderlyworkarea throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day
• Powerwashthe floor, (to reduce the appearance of dirt) as required
• May be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Work in accordance with daily production schedule
• Support all team members when required

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous detailing experience
• Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail
