401 Group of Companies is hiring an Automotive Detailer in Kitchener, Ontario. Bring your passion for cars and attention to detail to make every vehicle showroom-ready, inside and out. The role is hands-on with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

Location: 353 Manitou Dr, Kitchener ON. Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Valid G license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission are required. We offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle detailing experience.
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment.
• Polish, dry and clean windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior.
• Clean, protect, and preserve interiors and exteriors (carpets, dash, doors, wheels).
• Check windshield fluid, fuel, oil, water and antifreeze as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance checks around and under the hood.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and final end-of-day cleanup.

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for making every vehicle look its absolute best—inside and out. Location: 353 Manitou Dr, Kitchener ON

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (i.e., carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (i.e., wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments

• Determine need for and add as necessary windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day
• Power wash the floor, (to reduce the appearance of dirt) as required
• May be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Work in accordance with daily production schedule
• Support all team members when required

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous detailing experience
• Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail
