Responsibilities

• Install standard products or sub-components of standard products.
• Unpack and set up hardware components and connect to power and LAN, then test.
• Move and prepare for disposal all packing materials as directed.
• Update IMAC service requests to reflect completion.
• Perform password resets and update the service request system.
• Monitor the Capacity Management mailbox.
• Update schedules with unplanned absences and OT data.
