Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Nanaimo, BC, is hiring a Department Manager, Restaurant for Woodgrove location. This full-time role leads the department, mentors the team, and ensures customer-first service while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will analyze KPIs, manage inventory, train staff, and implement strategies to grow sales and loyalty. A Food Safe certification and 1–3 years retail leadership are preferred; post-secondary business education an asset.
