Canadian Tire Ottawa seeks a capable Supervisor/Department Manager to lead a department with energetic, informed staff and a focus on customer satisfaction and retail execution. You will report to the Store Manager and drive daily operations, budget-aligned scheduling and staff development.

You will foster teamwork, maintain presentation standards, and support training, while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic retail environment. This role offers growth and community involvement.

Competenze

• Supervisory or managerial experience in retail.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail sales and store operations is an asset.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and loss prevention basics.
