Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. invites applications for a Department Manager in the Textile sector within the Vaughan market hall. You will lead the team to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience and model our values in daily operations.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, driving continuous improvement in service and presentation of the product range. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations to create an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
• Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
• Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 62710 CAD to 86226 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
