Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Edmonton is seeking a Sales Co-worker II to help customers find the right solutions for their homes. You will maximise sales by keeping your area clean, stocked and correctly priced, while providing friendly, proactive service and learning the features of our products.

You will engage customers, identify needs with the right questions, and explain product benefits, contributing to a great shopping experience and store profitability.

  • Analysing sales space capacities based on system parameters to secure high stock availability.
  • Being passionate about the products you sell and actively learning about their features and benefits.
  • Actively approaching customers to identify their needs by asking the right questions, and advising them on the best solutions for their homes.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.5 CAD to 24.67 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
