Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Rouyn-Noranda, Canada, is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store department. This full-time role involves day and evening shifts with a 40-hour week, in-store responsibilities and opportunities for progression.

You will plan, coach, and execute department objectives while maintaining budgets and merchandising standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of retail experience, plus a high school diploma or college degree.
