Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada seeks a proactive Department Manager to lead a busy department, oversee staff scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will plan and coordinate activities, manage purchases, inventories, pricing, and marketing within approved budgets, while coaching a team to achieve results and maintain store readiness.
