Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a Department Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading a team. You will plan, coordinate and supervise daily operations within your department, ensuring superb customer service and strong store performance.

You have at least 2 years of retail experience, a drive for development, and are ready to manage purchases, inventories, pricing, and marketing while enforcing budgets and standards to keep the business ready

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Interest in people management and development.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily department activities.
