Independent Grocers Alliance in Laval, QC seeks a Department Manager to lead a store department with 40 hours per week, day and evening shifts. You will plan, coordinate, and coach a team to meet performance goals while controlling inventory and pricing to ensure readiness.

We offer training opportunities and a supportive environment for growth as part of a family-style team. Prior retail and management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience required.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités
