Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Bromont, QC is seeking a Department Manager to lead your store department and coordinate day-to-day activities on site.

You will oversee purchases, inventory, pricing and marketing while mentoring staff and communicating clear objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience.
• Department management or leadership experience preferred.
• Budgeting, inventory, pricing and marketing management experience.

Responsibilities

• perform various management activities within your department;
• define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to your team, providing feedback for improvement and coaching.
• manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing and productivity to meet standards.
