Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Quebec is seeking a Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, and collaborate with management on purchasing, pricing, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience is a plus.

• work with production and customer service clerks;
• ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service;
• in collaboration with management, manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, wage productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness
