Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store department, drive daily operations, and coach a team. The role emphasizes planning, inventory, pricing, and marketing to ensure ready-to-sell conditions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or college degree, and readiness for training to grow into a management position. Evening and day shifts available with 40 hours per week.
