Job summary

Evismart is rebuilding its dentist-facing digital dentistry platform in Vancouver, Canada. You will be the primary contact for dentists, guiding cases from submission through design feedback, and ensuring practitioners get the most out of the platform.

This role emphasizes hands-on case design understanding, clinical communication, and proactive collaboration with marketing, engineering and product teams. You will not produce cases yourself but will drive quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital case design experience with 3Shape and/or exocad.
• Ability to consult with dentists and discuss cases clearly.
• Strong, clear communication with clinicians and team members.

Responsibilities

• Talk to dentists: proactive follow-up after cases, answer questions, troubleshoot.
• Review cases: assess quality and design, advise on improvements.
• Grow existing accounts: increase engagement with practices sending cases.
• Feed the product: relay dentist feedback to marketing, engineering and product.
• Spot the advocates: identify customers who could become key opinion leaders.
