Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; field-based implementation experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, customer implementation, or related field.
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into practical workflows.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations or field projects simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate customer readiness assessments and develop implementation plans.
• Deliver field-based training on Ormco's digital orthodontic portfolio.
• Support initial case submissions and early product utilization.
• Provide hands-on coaching during early implementation to build confidence and adoption.
• Document implementation plans, milestones, risks, and handoffs in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical education, and customer support to ensure smooth activation and transition to ongoing support.
