Job summary

Ormco in Toronto is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of our digital orthodontic portfolio. This field-based role partners with doctors and practice teams to move customers from commitment through successful implementation and repeatable utilization.

You will deliver hands-on training, tailor sessions to diverse practice environments, support initial case setup, monitor progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus experience in field-based clinical training.
• Three years of orthodontics or medical devices-related customer implementation experience.
• Ability to learn and explain technical product and workflow information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial team to receive qualified customer handoffs after commitment to implement an Ormco product or solution.
• Conduct structured practice-readiness assessments to understand workflows, technology, staffing and training needs.
• Develop customer-specific implementation plans with milestones and success measures.
• Deliver in-depth field-based training and implementation support for Ormco's digital orthodontic portfolio.
• Train clinicians and practice staff on products, systems, and workflows.
• Guide customers through initial product setup and readiness for first use.
• Monitor progress against milestones and address delays or barriers.
• Coordinate handoffs to Clinical Success or ongoing support.
