Job summary

EviSmart in Vancouver is rebuilding its dentist business and seeks someone who actually knows digital dentistry to stand beside our customers as we do it. Right now, dentists who send us digital cases are largely unsupported, with one person covering the lab side and insufficient hours.

You would own the role and be the primary contact for clinicians. You are not producing cases; you are the expert who understands what makes a case good, can say so plainly, and push back when a clinician is

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital case design experience, including complex cases.
• Able to hold clinical conversations and disagree with dentists constructively.
• Strong ability to describe technical problems clearly and enable action.

Responsibilities

• Talk to dentists with proactive follow-up after cases are submitted.
• Review cases for quality and design architecture to improve outcomes.
• Grow existing accounts by helping practices send more, and the right kind.
