• Dental Software experience, asset if you know new Abeldent software
• Good communications skills both verbal and written

LOCATION: Pape and Danforth area

HOURS:

9-5 Flexible with start time

COMPENSATION: $27-$30

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person
• Helping with organizing and preparingtheCanadian Dental Care Plan insurance claims
• Doing recalls
• Send confirmation of appointments via email and telephone and make follow-up calls/emails
• Provide patients with information regarding the dental office,direct calls appropriately
• Prepare and submit predeterminations
• Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically
• Accurately maintain charts and patient records
