Job summary

Dentalook in North Bay, ON is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist who is organized, compassionate, and patient-focused. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $25–$28.

You will welcome and support patients, manage scheduling and patient flow, coordinate treatment and insurance and handle payments, while maintaining patient accounts. A dental administrative background and strong communication skills are essential.
