Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD's Ainslie Street Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure an exceptional patient and staff experience in a modern, collaborative environment.

You will lead operational planning, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance, coach the team, and drive process improvements while upholding health and safety standards and provincial regulations.

Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager.
• Supervisory or management experience in business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Commitment to health regulation and operational standards.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Execution to improve daily operations and productivity.
• Build and execute plans to improve clinic operations and patient growth.
• Review clinic environment and KPIs; identify problems and coach staff.
• Lead recruitment efforts and assess for best fit; manage payroll and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and provincial regulations.
