The salary for this Practice Manager position is $60,000 - $86,000 plus performance bonus, depending on skills, experience, and location. Please note that this is a replacement job opening.
University or College Diploma in business or office administration 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager is required Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
