Job summary

Riverbend Family Dental Care is seeking a Dental Practice Leader to drive operational planning and execution, ensuring productivity and patient care excellence. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, budgets, and payroll, while enforcing health regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration is required.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong commitment to health regulation and operational standards.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee daily operations plans to maximize productivity and growth.
• Review clinic metrics to identify problems and provide coaching to the team.
• Lead and motivate the team to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Support recruitment and assess for best fit in clinical roles.
• Manage staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with provincial health regulations and safety policies.
