Qualifications

• University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3–5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager.
• Experience in supervisory role with staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Improve daily operations to maximize productivity and growth.
• Coach and direct team on performance and compliance.
• Lead recruitment of dental professionals and assess fit.
• Manage staffing costs and payroll; oversee accounts receivable.
