Maverick Dental Lab in Cobourg, ON is seeking an Office receptionist who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. The role is permanent or part-time, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and wage of $19.00 hourly for 24 to 32 hours per week.

Ideal candidates will manage phone systems, handle client information, schedule appointments, process invoices, and maintain records in a fast-paced office. Fluency in English preferred; experience is an asset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic information to clients and the public.
• Process information needed to provide services.
• Operate a switchboard or phone system.
• Order office supplies.
• Record and relay data.
• Make and confirm appointments.
• Send invoices.
• Keep work records and logs.
• Receive and issue payments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and mail distribution.
• Answer the phone and relay calls/messages.
• Calculate billing charges.
• Provide directory assistance.
