The Dental Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role that will require the candidate to work from some of the locations. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming, organized front desk environment. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, processing payments, and coordinating with clinical staff to maintain smooth operations. The Dental Receptionist will answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about services, policies, and appointment availability. The role also includes handling administrative tasks such as updating patient information, preparing forms, and supporting the team with general office duties as needed.
