City-Orthodontics- is seeking a Dental Telephone/Receptionist for our North Central Edmonton location at 9948 153 Ave NW. The role is full-time, requiring a self-motivated, organized, and compassionate individual who can connect with parents and patients in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates will have call center and reception experience, be proficient with Curve and Ortho2 Edge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or front desk reception.
• Dental office experience preferred.
• Proficient with Curve and Ortho2 Edge software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between multiple offices during training.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Directing calls through switchboard as needed.
• Receive and deliver patient messages.
• Log calls and requests.
• Monitor telephone operating systems.
• Booking patients.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients over the phone.
