Revive Dental is seeking a motivated Level 1 Dental Assistant to join our Mississauga, Canada clinic. You will assist the dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain accurate patient records using Tracker software.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates have Level 1 certification, CPR, and possibly X-ray credentials, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Level 1 Dental Assistant program (Required).
• Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
• X-ray certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using dental software systems like Tracker is highly desirable.
• Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
• Knowledge of CAD systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays (if certified)
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients
• Maintain patient records and charting as directed
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software Tracker .
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care, including working with pediatric patients and orthodontic cases.
