Job summary

Responsibilities

• Place and remove rubber dams as needed.
• Take and expose dental diagnostic x-rays.
• Use suction and swabs to keep the patient’s mouth clear and dry during procedures.
• Take preliminary impressions and assist with patient care.
• Apply pit and fissure sealants and topical anesthetics.
• Document medical history for dentist’s reference and advise patients on dental care and oral hygiene.

LOCATION: Richmond Hill (Yonge/King Rd-free parking)

HOURS

• Mon (arrive 11:30-8)
• Tues (arrive 11:30-8)
• Wed (arrive 8:30-5)
• Thurs (arrive 8:30-5)
• Fri (arrive 7-2/3)
• Sat (arrive 7-2/3) alternating, get 1 day off through the week

COMPENSATION

$23-$28 depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW

• Assisting dentist during dental procedures that features handing instruments and other materials
• Assisting dentist with surgery, root canals, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants invisalign, fillings,extractionsandmouthguards
