Tall Pines Dental in Kitchener is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will manage staff, scheduling, budgets, and compliance while partnering with leadership to grow the practice.

The role requires a college diploma in business/office administration and several years of supervisory experience in a dental setting, with a focus on operational excellence and patient safety.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor-level or college diploma in business/office administration or equivalent.
  • Experience leading a dental practice or medical office is required.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operations.

Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesdays: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

The wage for this Practice Manager position is$70k - $X=80k/annually depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a replacement job opening.

Your Impact:

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth
  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identifyproblems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team
  • Compliance & Patient Safety
  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards
  • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority
  • Workin accordance with the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation

Leadership

  • Lead,coachand motivate the team to improve productivity,engagementand retention of patients
  • Drive the implementation of company programs,policiesand procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and companyobjectives
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process
About You:
  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration
  • 3-5years experienceas a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager isrequired
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances,inventoryand people management
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong commitment tomaintaininghealth regulation and operational standards
  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
