Pfaff Automotive Partners in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Delivery Specialist to manage vehicle presentation, delivery, and prep for customers. The role supports the Sales Team with administration and data entry, requiring automotive experience and strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have OMVIC and a valid Ontario driver’s license, with the ability to drive a manual transmission. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive field.
• OMVIC license and a valid Ontario driver’s license.
• Clean driver abstract; ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Experience with One-Eighty and CDK software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-store and offsite vehicle deliveries to ensure correct features installed and customer requirements are met.
• Conducts a vehicle walk around and explains features to the customer on delivery day.
• Follows up with customers 24 hours prior to delivery appointments.
• Ensures all paperwork for sales transactions is completed accurately, including signatures and funds.
• Assists the Sales team with client knowledge and test drives during high traffic.

As a Delivery Specialist ,you willberesponsible forthe presentation,deliveryand preparation of inventory to customers. A Delivery Specialist willassistthe Sales Team with sales administration and data entry. Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts instore and offsite vehicle deliveries to ensure correct features are installed and customer requirements are met as requested by the customer.
• Conducts a vehicle walk around and explaining the features of the purchased vehicle to the customer on the day of delivery ensuring a welcoming delivery.
• Follows up with customers 24 hours prior to delivery appointments.
• Ensures all paperwork for sales transactions are conducted accurately, including signatures, customer information, and outstanding funds.
• Assists the Sales team with client knowledge and test drives during high traffic.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• OMVIC License.
• 1- 2 years of experience in automotive field.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission isrequiredOne-Eighty and CDK experience.
