AppleOne, Inc. in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers through the delivery cycle in a fast-paced transport and storage materials environment.

You will work with customers, account contacts, national teams, and delivery teams to keep products moving from inbound receipt to final delivery, ensuring clear communication and professional service at every step.

Responsibilities

• Handle 20 to 30 incoming calls per day via a queue, with peaks during busy periods.
• Communicate with customers and account contacts by phone and email to schedule deliveries and provide updates.
• Oversee product flow from inbound receipt to final delivery to meet service commitments.
• Coordinate with national teams to support cross-docking and middle-mile movement.
• Address customer escalations and delivery-day concerns, escalating when needed.
• Assist delivery teams to achieve high customer satisfaction through planning and responsiveness.
