Job summary

Pattison Food Group is hiring a Delivery Driver for Save-On-Foods in Terrace, BC. This role focuses on delivering groceries with a customer-first approach, from store to door, using a company vehicle provided by us.

We offer 8–16 hours per week, with pay at $18.25 per hour. You will join an energetic, inclusive team and have opportunities to grow within a respected BC retailer.

Qualifications

• A valid, full Class 5 BC driver's license.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties in all weather.
• Proficiency using mobile technology, including GPS apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide exceptional customer-first service.
• Work with online shopping team and customer service to resolve returns/refund issues.
• Achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely adhering to traffic rules.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods location in Terrace, BC.

8 to 16 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing. Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
