Save-On-Foods in Vancouver, BC is hiring a Delivery Driver to bring groceries from our Grandview location to customers' doors, delivering with a customer-first mindset.

You will operate a fully equipped van, support online shopping and returns with the customer service team, and maintain safety and vehicle standards while completing deliveries day and night.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving abstract.
• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform deliveries in all weather.
• Proficient with GPS and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van and provide customer-first service.
• Collaborate with online shopping team to resolve service issues (returns, refunds, etc.).
• Achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely per road rules.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle’s cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Grandview Save-On-Foods location in Vancouver, BC.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
