Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, GPS apps and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team and customer service for returns/refunds issues.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely following traffic rules.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
