Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor delivery performance and address issues or delays promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, focusing on resolution.
• Ensure all drivers follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, driver metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align delivery schedules with business needs.
• Support business needs by acting as a back-up Delivery and Recovery Driver as needed.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years in fleet/logistics environment
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training team members
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Route, Fleet Optimization (asset)
• Customer-focused attitude

Other Considerations

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Background checks including criminal record, driver’s abstract, and employment references
