We are currently looking for a Delivery Driver Supervisor, based out of our Courtice head office location, to lead a team of dedicated drivers. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, driver metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to align delivery schedules with business needs.
• Act as a ‘back-up’ Delivery and Recovery Driver as needed to support business needs.
• 5+ years fleet / logistics environment
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or training team members
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer Focused

• Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record.
• Background checks including criminal checks, driver’s abstract and employment references will be requested.
