Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Lethbridge, AB is hiring a Delivery Driver to bring groceries from our van to customers’ doors, delivering exceptional customer-first service.

You’ll work with the online shopping team, maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, and handle returns or refunds as needed. Requires AB Class 5 license, clean driving record, ability to lift 40 lbs; training provided.

Qualifications

• A valid, full Class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.
• A clean driving abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform deliveries in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (GPS apps and smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide exceptional customer-first service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team and customer service to resolve returns or refunds.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely according to road rules.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
