Save-On-Foods in Langley, BC is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers in a fully equipped van, delivering exceptional customer-first service from store to door.

You will work with the online shopping team, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and adhere to safety standards while lifting up to 40 pounds and traveling in all weather. Full-time roles with competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
• Clean driving abstract.
• Current Serving It Right certification.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to travel throughout the day/evening in all weather.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (GPS apps and smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van and provide customer-first service.
• Work with online shopping team and customer service to resolve returns/refunds.
• Achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Travel throughout the day/evening in all weather conditions.

Just show up and drive!We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods location in Langley, BC.You will be responsible for:Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.Other duties as assigned.You have:A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.A clean driver’s abstract.A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.Experience in a customer service-related role.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
