Save-On-Foods in Victoria, BC is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring groceries from our fully equipped vans to customers' doors, delivering our Always Customer First Service. Join a trusted team within Pattison Food Group and help keep shopping seamless from store to doorstep.

You will work with the online shopping team, maintain your vehicle to high standards, and enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow with BC's most loved brand.

Formación

• Valid full BC Class 5 driver’s license.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Current Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
• Proficiency using mobile technology, GPS applications and smartphones.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van and provide exceptional customer-first service.
• Collaborate with the online shopping team and service center to resolve customer service recovery situations (returns, refunds, etc).
• Achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely following road rules.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Victoria Save-On-Foods locations in Victoria, BC.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing. Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
