Slalom is a human-centric consulting firm delivering strategy through delivery. This Senior Principal - Client Delivery role leads large, complex programs with cross-functional teams, governance, and executive oversight.

You’ll grow strategic accounts, shape opportunities, and drive delivery excellence across AI-enabled transformations. You will manage budgets, staffing, forecasting, and profitability while mentoring teams and contributing to talent development.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven success independently leading large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and executive visibility.
• Experience building and shaping sales pipelines and pursuing opportunities.
• Budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and profitability management experience.
• Proven ability to write, review, and negotiate Statements of Work with clients.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid and product-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs with client-aligned outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and decision frameworks.
• Shape delivery strategies and scalable operating models for clients.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and commercial commitments.
• Drive delivery excellence with repeatable frameworks, metrics, and assets.
• Oversee engagement and account financials, including margin and utilization.
• Grow the sales pipeline and close new opportunities with account leaders.
• Lead proposal development, SOWs, pricing inputs, and executive presentations.
• Build strategic client relationships and expand account revenue.
• Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Promote AI-enabled delivery practices with human oversight.
